Samsung Galaxy S2 review

Last year, Samsung's flagship phone rocked the gadget enthusiasts (including me) and this phone has sold over 20 million units in just one year. This year, samsung is very proud to introduce their new flagship phone: the samsung galaxy s3, but the question is: Is it worth the update?

Since Samsung Galaxy S3 is not yet available in our country, I will first review this powerful phone so that you can decide whether this phone should be replaced with an updated one.

Dual Core 1.2 ghz, 8 mp camera, 1080p video recording. Touchwiz user interface. Android Market. Ultra thin phone. What more can you ask for?

If you own a galaxy s2, you will notice the blazing fast speed it has to offer. I never experienced any lags or freezes despite the fact that I am a heavy user. At the same time, I must say that the battery life is pretty good (9 hours heavy use). Of course, if 9 hours is not enough for you, you can buy 3rd party batteries like anker.
At the same time, I also enjoyed listening to the music and watching movies because of the simplicity of the player.

On the other hand, when it comes to design, you will notice that the phone has a plastic covering which made it cheap. I would suggest that you should avail the white version of the s2 because it looks more expensive than the black one. Another thing is that the phone gets hot whenever I play HD games and browse the internet

To sum it up. samsung galaxy s2 is one of the best phones that I have ever touched. Its light, thin and very fast. If you are going to ask me whether it is worth the update to s3, I would say no. Why? because this phone can do all the job without the help of another core or processor.
